Fly!

Fly
Acrylic on Canvas
(23 cm x 30 cm)

I am loving playing, embossing my craft stamp quotes onto canvas atop my acrylic painted background.

Do you remember as a child, picking a dandelion, making a wish and blowing the fluff ball of seeds into the wind. This quote reminded me of the child like dream. What dream or intention are you ready to send into the wind? Can you trust in the journey into maybe unknown territory where those seeds of your dreams land and take root? You may be surprised where they transform, taking flight.
Now is the time to fly!

Cornflower Blue

Cornflower Blue
Acrylic on Canvas
(20 x 30 cm)

This painting is inspired by a poem I wrote:
Cornflower Blue
Unmasked collusion
Dreaming, weaving
Wild and free

Sea of blue
Invoking infusion
Dancing, believing
Beauty of me
Cornflower blue
Dreams coming true

Very relaxing to paint and hopefully is reflected in the finished artwork.

Coral Beauty

Coral Beauty
Acrylic on Canvas
(55 cm x 55 cm)

Pouring of paint started the base of this painting. Adding another layer, the humble straw came into action. After much deliberation I started to see the Coral Sea so added a few fishes.

Art is wonderful fun if you allow it. You never know what will emerge when you trust the process.
